Very convenient location, just steps away from food around the world, stores, bars, 24 hour supermarkets, etc. Public transportation is just one blocks to the N or W train. M60 bus takes 10 minutes to get to LaGuardia Airport and 10 minutes to Harlem, Manhattan. 5 minute walk to the Q19 bus that goes to Flushing. The Q69 bus runs along 21st Street. The train to JFK airport takes just 30 minutes.NOTEPricing is based on the season, weekends and holidays. NO COOKING. LIMITED HEATING The space You will be sharing the apartment with another guests and with me. The majority of the time I am at work so you'll get plenty of privacy. THERE ARE NO BEDROOM LOCKS (NY state law), however I have surveillance cameras in the public areas for security reasons (I will be monitoring them when I am gone). Other things to note Just a 5 minute walk from my house are the N and W subway lines which run from Astoria Queens to Manhattan, to Brookyn and vice-versa. I’m a person that likes fine things and enjoy life in a good way, and I have visited several countries. Personally I love to go to Manhattan for the shopping. anything that I want can be found there. My favorite places are the Diamond District where you can find the most beautiful fine jewelry with diamonds,sapphires, emeralds, rubies, etc, and of course everything in gold. Walking around 5th Avenue, Park Avenue, York Avenue, along 59th Street through 96th Street are the boutiques of many famous clothing designers. While you walk you can enjoy the life of a busy city with a lot of people and many places to see. But if you want something more economical you can take the N or W lines to visit Noho, Soho, Little Italy, Chinatown, Herald Square, or Union Square. 14th Street, Times Square, Brookyn, etc.You can also make transfers to different lines to visit other places too. After a long day of walking, shopping and enjoying everything the city has to offer, one of the best and most well known places for an exquisite dinner and a good wine is right here in ASTORIA. There are so many restaurants here with many different kinds of cuisine, you are going to be confused trying to pick out which one to try first, and the prices here are super economical In my opinion 30 days is too short a time to visit the capital of the world “New York.“ I cordially invite you to stay in my place and enjoy New York.
