Private Studio Apartment in Midtown KC

This studio apartment has it's own private entrance, kitchen, and bathroom. There's nothing shared with our family's living space, it is located on the back of our home. It's walking distance to the hip 39th Street West district and just minutes from Westport, the Plaza, and downtown. Details: — Queen size bed — 32" Smart TV to watch Netflix, etc. (no cable) — Full kitchen — Off street parking — Private entrance, kitchen, bathroom — Free Wifi The space This lovely 500 square foot studio apartment is attached to our family's home but is entirely private for guests with it's own entrance, living space, kitchen, and bathroom. We offer free Wifi, smart TV for streaming (Netflix, etc.), and off street parking. There is a queen size bed and we always provide clean bedding, towels, hangers, and kitchen appliances for your use. Guest access Guests have access to the apartment only. We allow our guests to let themselves in with a lockbox and key upon arrival, but we'd still love to meet you when you get here if it works out! Other things to note Because this apartment is located off the back of our family's home and shares a wall, there may be some faint noises as would be in a normal apartment building. We try to be considerate of our guests with our noise level (we do have three young children) and we ask our guests to kindly to the same.
