Spacious second floor private room with full sized bed near Rockville Metro station and Rockville Pike. This is a suburban style home that includes guest access street parking, laundry room, backyard and shared bathroom The home is shared with other tenants but the is very comfortable. The neighborhood includes nearby shops and restaurants with about a 10-15 minute walk to the Rockville metro station. Host is present if needed but respects guests space. During your stay Host will be available to answer any questions or address concerns throughout the day.
