Newly-renovated historic home in Logan Square

Bright, comfy, and stylish space just steps from all that Logan Square has to offer! We're a short walk from the Logan Square Blue Line train stop and some of the best restaurants & bars in Chicago. You'll have the whole place to yourselves, but we live right upstairs if you ever need anything. The space You'll love the old world charm of this classic 1906 Chicago Graystone. Tons of original woodwork and brass hardware, but all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Newly renovated in 2020 with brand new central AC, a refinished bathroom, kitchen and living areas. The master bedroom is large, with a king-sized bed and storage aplenty. The first guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a desk and a large walk-in closet — great for working from home. The third and final bedroom is twin-sized bedroom with a closet and a pack-and-play if you need it! We also have a roll-out futon bed with a comfy mattress if you have an extra person. Guest access The space has a private deck and a shared backyard with a lush garden in the summer — great for getting some sun in the morning with a coffee, afternoon happy hour drink or eating a nice meal on a warm day. Other things to note We have a Labradoodle named Debbie who's the most gentle and sweet girl. Shes often in the backyard unattended and might bark if she's curious about you, but she wouldn't hurt a fly. She also loves babies & toddlers, so be prepared for the licks and love.
