The space Fully furnished in modern farmhouse decor, this spacious and well-kept 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home offers a comfortable open layout ideal for families, snowbirds, and working professionals. High ceilings and dome skylights in the kitchen and primary bathroom bring in beautiful natural light without the added Arizona heat, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere throughout the home. The large master suite features a walk-in shower and walk-in closet, providing both comfort and convenience. Ceiling fans in every room and dimmable lighting throughout allow you to adjust the space to your comfort. Comfortable beds ensure a restful night’s sleep for all guests. The home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and is suited for families with children. Indoor dining seating accommodates up to 7 guests. The covered back patio offers comfortable seating for up to 10 guests, making it perfect for relaxed evenings outdoors. Small daytime visits from local friends or family may be permitted with prior approval from the host. For entertainment, the home includes two televisions—one in the living room and one in the primary bedroom—featuring Spectrum cable (58 channels) along with high-speed, reliable internet and access to popular streaming apps. A walk-in pantry near the kitchen includes board games, card games, books, and children’s games for added enjoyment. The fully equipped kitchen offers cookware, dinnerware, and coffee options for easy meals at home. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and starter toiletries for your convenience. Step outback to enjoy the covered patio, enjoy the ambiance of outdoor lighting, comfortable seating, and a grill—perfect for relaxing mornings or evening grilling. The backyard includes pet-friendly turf for pet use. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home during their stay, including all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room, and backyard patio. Garage access is not included in the reservation and all doors to the garage will remain locked during the guest’s stay. The driveway accommodates two vehicles, with additional street parking available. Self check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival. Other things to note Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Smoking Policy No smoking or vaping inside the home. Outdoor smoking is permitted only if waste is properly disposed of. Guest Count & Visitors Overnight occupancy must match the number of guests listed on the reservation. Respectful gatherings of up to 12 total people (including registered guests) may be allowed with prior host approval. Large events or unapproved overnight visitors are not permitted. BBQ Grill Use The BBQ grill is available for guest use. Please clean the grill after each use. Cleaning supplies and grill brushes are provided. Propane refills are not supplied but can be exchanged at any gas station or supermarket for under $25. IMPORTANT: Security System & Camera This home is equipped with a security alarm system and a doorbell camera. The alarm remains disarmed during guest stays, and no alarm code is provided. Guests must not attempt to arm the system, as only the host can control it remotely. The doorbell camera monitors exterior entry activity. EV Charging Policy For safety and insurance reasons, electric vehicle charging is not permitted at the property. The home’s electrical system is not designed to support EV charging, including the use of standard wall outlets, extension cords, or adapters. If you need a charging location during your stay, I’m happy to share nearby public charging stations. Unauthorized charging may result in a minimum $100 fee plus any additional electrical costs incurred. Pet Policy A non-refundable $45 fee per dog applies. Guests must notify the host of the dog’s size and breed, and the reservation must reflect the correct number of pets. A maximum of two dogs is permitted per reservation. If an undisclosed pet is observed via doorbell camera, a $75 violation fee per pet will be charged. Garage Access (Prohibited) The garage is not available for guest use and is locked during guest stays. Summer months only added utility bill charge for long term between June-August for renters that book 28-90 day stays there is an additional charge that will be separate from booking of $200 per month.
