Beautiful Big Bear Cabin with Large Jacuzzi

This amazing 1,000 sq. ft mountain cabin is in a GREAT location, only 1.5 miles from the lake, only .8 of a mile from Big Bear ski resort, walking distance from the zoo, 1 block from the National Forest, 1.5 miles from Snow Summit and downtown Big Bear is 3 miles away. Enjoy the outdoors with a fenced backyard, and a brand new 400 square foot trex deck. The view of the stars from the jacuzzi after a fun day at the lake or on the slopes is breath taking. Sorry no pets. CITY LIC#VRR-2024-2607 The space Very spacious and extremely clean living area with lots of shade provided by a beautiful 70' Giant Sequoia tree, which takes up the whole front yard! You will love the extra plush carpet (has a very thick pad) and the 47" Samsung flat screen will amaze you. Brand new windows are installed in the entire house along with a new sliding glass door, so no unwanted cold drafts. Lightning fast fiber wireless internet is also included. The fireplace gives you the real mountain cozy feeling and the extremely spacious Jacuzzi is out of this world! You will need to bring your own wood, and no pine cones please! They have a lot of soot and can cause a chimney fire. There is also a microwave, air fryer, blender, toaster oven and a juicer. There is also a new stand up desk for a workstation if needed. There is a charcoal BBQ (not propane) to cook on the back deck, charcoal not provided. Linens, towels, pots, pans, cooking gear are included. Big Bear ski resort is less than 1 mile away. Also the Big Bear Zoo and driving range are just across the street! Sorry NO PETS. Guest access Guests will not have access to the garage, locked cabinets, attic or storage shed in the backyard. Not that you'd want to! Other things to note Note-this isn't a luxury cabin but its very clean and quaint. It was built in 1965 so please don't expect it to be just like new home. It does have some wear and tear and the appliances are not new. The hallway and the trim have just been painted, plus the carpets and also all the furniture steam cleaned and sanitized. Please don't feed the Raccoons!! They certainly are cute but if you feed them they will become a nuisance and possibly bite! They will even enter the house if you're not looking!! In Person Registration required for Airbnb rentals. Guests who book this property must sign a rental agreement and then get code for entry. Please call 30 mins before arrival hours are 3pm to 9pm. If arrival is after hours and/or you already checked in with the code, you still must sign the rental agreement due to Big Bear Lake City Ordinance 2007-375. So very sorry for the inconvenience but it is a requirement passed by the city of Big Bear Lake. Thank you for your understanding. Occupancy or parking violations of the structure’s requirements is a violation of the Private Home Rental Ordinance of the city of Big Bear Lake and can be grounds for a fine and/or you may be asked to leave the property without a refund.
