Our cottage was a tiny home before they were a thing! At about 250 square feet, it is ideally suited for a couple or an individual wishing to work on a their novel, do some songwriting or just take care of online business with our high-speed Elevate fiber optic internet. We offer one double bed, a comfy reading chair, breakfast nook table for two and outside seating for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. The spacious bathroom offers all-new fixtures and plenty of storage for towels and toiletries. Towels included. By the way, there is a laundromat just two doors down on S. Grand Mesa drive. The kitchenette features a two-burner stove, small fridge and combination microwave/convection oven. We have included dishes, utensils and cookware for your meal prep. We do not allow smoking of any kind inside the property. We are 420 friendly and want you to legally have a great time. Recreational marijuana is legal in our town. Two cannabis shops are located in Cedaredge. One is within walking distance. Access is via our keypad deadbolt. There is adequate private parking right next to the door for one vehicle with additional free parking nearby. Our bungalow includes smart TV with Roku. You'll need your own login info for Netflix, Hulu, etc. Elevate fiber optic internet makes working online a breeze. Your hosts work nearby on Main Street and are generally available for suggestions or assistance. The cottage is in the historic downtown area of Cedaredge, Colorado. While it’s generally a quiet, small town, there is traffic on nearby Highway 65 when residents are heading to work. Nearby amenities include coffee shops, restaurants, Grand Mesa Arts & Events Center, outdoor adventure shop, floral/gift shop, liquor store, pharmacy, galleries, thrift and antique stores, bar, laundromat and world-famous Starr's Guitars! An all within walking distance. There is also an auto repair shop nearby. They are great neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. They are also very helpful if you need automotive help! We offer ample parking for one vehicle near the front door. Cedaredge is known as the Gateway to the Grand Mesa. Outdoor activities abound! There are lots of outdoor and indoor activities to take advantage of in our area and we'll be happy to put you in touch with the best of the best!
