The space Lone Star Cabin is a unique two-story Hill Country retreat offering private entry to each floor, making it ideal for couples, friends, or guests who appreciate both togetherness and personal space. The cabin sits on a scenic, gated 7-acre property, with two acres dedicated exclusively to the cabin itself. Surrounded by rolling hills and open skies, you’ll experience the authenticity of the Texas Hill Country along with some of the most beautiful views in the region, all while remaining close to popular destinations like Canyon Lake, Whitewater Amphitheater, and the Guadalupe River. The first floor is a private, standalone level accessed via exterior stairs that connect to the second floor. This space offers a cozy and quiet retreat, featuring a king bed, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, a washer and dryer, a 55-inch TV, a coffee bar, and a private patio—perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. The second floor is where the views truly shine. Blending cabin charm with studio-style comfort, this level features a king bed, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and an inviting dining and living area. A 55-inch TV is discreetly hidden in the ceiling for a clean, modern feel, while automatic blackout shades ensure exceptional rest. Guests also enjoy direct access to the hilltop patio, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. Other things to note The property is a shared property managed by Waterlust Retreat. While the cabin has approximately 2-acres of dedicated space, the remainder of the property is shared with other rentals (all of which are spread out to give an authentic hill country vibe). While the hot tubs are private to each cabin, the pool is shared amongst all the cabins. Plenty of vehicle parking, to include boats and trailers. And, in case you missed it, the bottom floor and top floor of the cabin are ONLY accessible to one another via the outdoor staircase. I.e., you cannot access the second floor of the cabin via any indoor staircase.
