Thanks to its minimalist design with clean lines, the chalet seamlessly integrates into its environment, providing a privileged setting to contemplate the splendor of nature. Like the mineral that makes up the characteristic rocky outcrops of the region, QUARTZ clings to the mountainside, revealing a breathtaking panorama. The master bedroom, located upstairs, features a queen-size bed offering vertiginous views of the St. Lawrence Valley. Full-size windows on both levels allow you to admire the beauty of the landscape in every season. *It is important to note that movement between the two floors of the house can be done in two ways: 1 – By using the ladder located inside the house. 2 – By using the exterior stairs (standard full-size staircase). Enjoy year-round comfort with heated floors throughout the house, a central heating/cooling system, and a gas stove ensuring enveloping warmth even on the coldest winter days. Our tiny-home is designed to comfortably accommodate 2 guests. A sofa bed on the first floor accommodates 2 additional guests, allowing up to 4 guests in the house. The kitchen is equipped with all the modern amenities you could desire: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, and a complete set of cookware for preparing delicious meals at home. Outdoor amenities such as the jacuzzi, barbecue, terrace heater, and gas fireplace are operational year-round, providing you the opportunity to fully enjoy the outdoor spaces. Just twelve minutes away, discover a high-end supermarket, a bakery offering fresh morning croissants and special bread, as well as a selection of local restaurants to satisfy all your culinary cravings. Other things to note ***IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS: WINTER TRAVEL: During snowy season, from November 1st to April 15th, an all wheel drive car (AWD, 4x4) is necessary in order to make it up to the property. During winter season, it is also possible to plan a shuttle service with us. Shuttle service must be planned in advance with us. TAXI AND UBER: Because the house is in a remote location, it is not advisable to depend on taxi services or Uber for transportation. These services are scarce in the area, so getting picked up might be difficult or even impossible at times, and you may have difficulty leaving the house. Please get in touch if you have any questions about transportation. SHUTTLE SERVICE: We’re pleased to offer a convenient shuttle service for our guests! To use the service, please make your way to 99 Chemin du Moulin, Lac-Beauport, Quebec, where we have reserved complimentary overnight parking spaces for guests to leave their vehicles securely for the duration of their stay. This location also serves as our designated pickup point. To ensure a smooth experience, simply share your planned arrival time, and we’ll add you to the shuttle schedule.
