Thanks to its minimalist design with clean lines, this micro-house blends harmoniously into its environment, thus offering a privileged scene to contemplate the splendor of nature. Like the mineral that makes up the characteristic rocky outcrops of the region, QUARTZ clings to the mountainside, revealing a breathtaking panorama. The master bedroom, located upstairs, has a queen size bed with stunning and breathtaking views of the St. Lawrence Valley. The full-frame windows on both levels allow you to admire the beauty of the landscape every season. * It is important to note that travel between the 2 floors of the house can be done in 2 ways: 1- By the ladder located inside the house. 2- Using outdoor stairs. (full-size standard stairs) Enjoy optimal comfort all year round thanks to the heated floors throughout the house, a central heating/cooling air conditioning system, as well as a gas stove ensuring enveloping heat even on the coldest days of winter. The mini house is set up to comfortably accommodate 2 guests. It is also possible to accommodate a group of 4 using the sofa bed on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with all the modern amenities you could wish for: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee machine and a complete set of cookware to prepare delicious meals at home. Outdoor amenities such as the hot tub, barbecue, patio heater and gas fireplace are operational all year round, giving you the opportunity to fully enjoy the outdoor terraces. Just twelve minutes away, discover a high-end supermarket, a bakery offering fresh morning croissants and special breads, as well as a selection of local restaurants to satisfy all your culinary desires. Other things to note *** IMPORTANT INFORMATION: WINTER JOURNEY: During the snowy season, from 1 November to 15 April, an all-wheel drive car (AWD, 4x4) is required to access the property. During the winter season, it is also possible to provide a shuttle service with us. This service needs to be planned in advance. INTERNAL SCALE: It is important to note that movement between the two floors of the house can be done in two ways: 1 – Using the ladder located inside the house. 2 – Using the exterior staircase (standard size staircase). TAXI & UBER: Due to the location away from the house, it is not advisable to depend on taxi or Uber services for transportation. These services are rare in the area, so it can be difficult or even impossible to find transportation and you may have trouble leaving the house. Please contact us if you have any questions about transportation. SHUTTLE SERVICE: We are excited to offer a convenient shuttle service to our guests! To use this service, please go to 99 Chemin du Moulin, Lac-Beauport, Quebec, where we have booked free night parking so you can safely leave your vehicle for the duration of your stay. This place is also our meeting point for pickup. To ensure a seamless experience, simply let us know your estimated arrival time, and we'll add you to the shuttle schedule.
