Other things to note • This is a historic building and while newly refurbished, the walls are on the thinner side. As such, we ask guests to be mindful of noise levels. Earplugs are provided, just in case :) • This is a small apartment (680 sq.ft). It is ideal for 4 adult guests but can accommodate up to 7 guests. We recommend full capacity only for short stays, as it will feel very much like a slumber party. As Airbnb began with an air mattress in the founder’s kitchen, we provide sleeping accommodations for up to 7 but this does mean sleeping on the convertible sofa beds. • Please note that parties, smoking and illegal substances are not permitted and subject to a fine of $250, plus any fees imposed by the fire station if such behavior sets off the central alarm system.
