The bathroom and kitchen are shared with 2 other rooms. Relax and enjoy your stay in this private cottage. Quiet and nice neighborhood, close to school, parks, bars, cafe, restaurants, local supermarket, gym, and BART train station. Check-in is automatic. Your room will have its own lock and key. Please do not park in our immediate neighbor’s houses. On Howth Street please do not park at least 3 houses from us. The neighbors will be upset at us for blocking their parking spot. We suggest parking in spots that have no house in front, Niagara Avenue tends to have more spots. Other things to note This tiny room has saved rent for many renters in the past :) While the room might not be the most luxurious, the location and the price are unbeatable. The unit is in a cottage built in the garden. Many guests liked the environment being surrounded by plants and trees. The cottage has been there for many years. A few guests have noticed the old wood scent unique to older buildings. If you are sensitive to smell, this is something to consider before booking. We strive to create a clean and comfortable environment, and we will be professionally cleaning the common areas every two weeks. Due to the nature of the listing being a private room in a shared house, the level of cleanliness may vary, depending on the guest that you'll be paired with during your stay. Please let us know if there are any issues with the other tenants. Extending your stay is possible and is usually done on a monthly basis, we normally get in touch with our guests 2 weeks before check-out. Note that we always prioritize our existing guests. We do not offer their rooms to others unless confirmed that an extension is no longer needed.
