Equipped with 2 screened in porches, hot tub, fire pit, canoes, dock and many other amenities for guests to enjoy. A Cozy, family friendly retreat conveniently located between Blue Ridge and Elijay! The space :::We Honor Your Safety::: CDC guidelines include wiping down all surfaces in the cabin, all dishes and glassware must be run by the guests before entering. All handles, knobs, and light switches thouroghly cleaned with disinfectants. All of our linens are professionally laundered after every stay. We have some cleaning products on hand if you would like to maintain cleanliness during your stay:) House Rules: ~Please, no smoking indoors ~Must be occupied by the number of guests inquired for. ~No pets at this time. ~Must sign a waiver before using the canoe's:) Other things to note Cabin Guidelines: Welcome to our lakeside cabin! We hope you have a wonderful stay in the beautiful North Georgia Mountains. We ask that guests follow a few simple guidelines: - Please sign waiver before use of lake, dock, recreational equipment, fire place etc. - Please follow posted hot tub rules. Cover hot tub after use and set temperature to 100 degrees. - Lock all doors and windows when leaving. - When checking out please turn off lights and set temperature to 75 degrees -in warm months and 68 in cold months to conserve energy. - Please drip faucets in freezing weather. - Please follow cleaning check-out instructions and place all trash in outdoor bins. - No smoking or pets allowed. - The North Georgia Mountains are blessed with an abundance of wildlife. You may encounter deer, raccoons, bear, geese, snakes and a variety of insects on your trip. Please use caution as you enjoy the natural beauty of the Chattahoochee National Forest. - The beautiful scenic drive has levelled roads. When you get to the cabin there is a paved driveway and gravel parking area
