This 2500 sq ft cozy farm house is a quiet and soothing break. With self check-in and check-out, you can bring your family, friends and pets, to enjoy 3 acres of this fenced property.Take a dip in HEATED inground pool, Play soccer, have a BBQ for dinner, and toast s’mores at the fire pit for dessert! The kitchen is equipped with utensils, bedrooms with linens, suitable to all your needs. Additionally, a huge living room with smart 65" TV. Parking inside the gated acres available for all. The space Fenced 3 acres with a 8’ deep Heated pool, trees , open space for outdoor games to play( Bring your own Basket Ball and Soccer Ball) and other games. 5 bedrooms, 2.5 Bathrooms a huge Living room and a den for extra guests. Lock the gates and the place is your own Private Resort. Guest access Open the red metal gates in the front and lock them as you enter. Go to the side entrance where the deck is and get in the house with code provided. BBQ is in the deck Other things to note This countryside property is on well water with reverse osmosis for water filter in the basement. The water is drinkable but get your own bottled water if you want. The pool is seasonal and is open from April 15th to Oct 15th. We provide just basic stuff. No consumables. The nearest town is around 10 kms away. Pack enough snacks and drinks. Get your own sunscreen, bug spray and lotions. We don’t provide firewood, kindles or other firepit related things. Get your own games and toys for kids and bowls and accessories for pets. Bath towels are not to be used for pool please.Any additional guests more than 4 guests are subject to extra charges of $40 per person per night. Total price is automatically calculated when you enter exact number of guests. Extra visitors, who don’t stay overnight, must be registered and are subject to additional cost for day pass. Full disclosure for number guests, children, infants, visitors, number of vehicles, pets is a must. This is for your complete privacy and exclusivity. The property is not supervised. We are here to help to answer your questions and if things don’t go as planned be it act of nature or basic steps for pool cleaning as insects and rodents might go in.We have provided the tools to keep the pool for guests own sake. Pets are not allowed in the pool.
