Description

Airy and spacious garden floor located on 3rd St. and Prospect Park West, one of Brooklyn's most beautiful double-wide blocks. Located 6 blocks from the F train and 8 blocks from 2,3, and B, Q. Recently renovated, there's a full size kitchen, large bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a dining & living area. There's a private entrance and access to a shared garden. Fast internet, large TV, washer, dryer, and private hallway with bike storage available. The space The space is roughly 1000sf with a large bedroom and living room. The kitchen is also fairly large with lots of counter space, while the bathroom is a standard NYC 5’x7’. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire garden floor unit. Other things to note One disclaimer: The house is a period 19th Century townhouse and has painstakingly maintained original oak parquet floors / pine sub floors. The result is audible creaks when people are walking in the triplex above the unit (and they wake up early!). If you're super sensitive to background noise, then this is probably not for you.
