Relax on the deck while taking in the picturesque views of the mountains and spacious backyard at all times of the day. Indoors, we have lots of little nooks to keep cozy and enjoy the natural sunlight streaming through the windows. Plenty of open space yet different areas for people to hang out in. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances, wine fridge, coffee machine, custom butcher block, and more. Large dining area seats 6-8. Family area has many comfy seating options to cozy up by the fully functional fireplace. There are two enclosed bedrooms to choose from: one with a queen bed downstairs and two queen beds located in the second floor loft. Additional sleeping options and laundry available if needed. There are two full bathrooms on site. Unwind and enjoy the games and "man cave" vibe in the basement. ******************** CHECK-IN PROCEDURES: - Check-in time begins at 3:00PM. - We use a keypad lock code instead of keys to make check-in and out easier and safer for both guests and hosts. - The pad is located right on the door and you will be able to open & close the door with the provided code. - Vehicles must park on the gravel. ******************** CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES: - Check-out time is by 11:00AM. (Late checkout may be subject to fees.) - Please dispose of all trash securely inside the large bin at the top of the driveway. (Trash must be in bin and not left outside or exposed.) - Do not leave any leftover food or drink in the fridge and make sure to clean out the coffee maker filter. - Please collect all used towels and sheets and place in labeled hampers. - Wipe countertops. Load dishwasher and run cycle. Put away all dishes, utensils, etc. - Close windows and make sure all exterior doors are locked. ******************** Note: We are committed to providing a rigorous cleaning protocol to ensure compliance with COVID guidelines. ******************** If you plan to visit Okemo, please be sure to check with the mountain directly for reservations and any restrictions/proper protocols. Guest access You will have access to all areas of the house, with the exception of the locked areas in the basement. Other things to note - There are exterior security cameras that monitor the outside of the house for safety reasons when no one is there. These do not see inside. - A car is required to access the house. We can accommodate up to 6 cars. We strongly recommend 4-wheel drive in the winter months. - The driveway has a gradual incline that can get slick in the winter. Please understand we do our best to sand for guests when necessary.
