Villa Romahn - Top floor

The villa is 1930 by the Kürschner, Ch. Max Romahn. He lived in it with his family and his employees. At GDR times it was a kindergarten and then a pharmacy. Today we live on the ground floor of the renovated residential building and rent out the two apartments on the upper floor and attic floor. We are looking forward to welcoming you in the green oasis surrounded by old trees in the middle of the city center of Schkeuditz and only 15 minutes from the center of Leipzig. The space The light-filled apartment on the upper floor of the old villa has its special charm through the romantic balcony and the old parquet floor. In addition to a double bed, the first bedroom also has a table with two chairs. The second is a bit more spacious and has a separate single bed with a seating area in addition to the double bed. The fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, toaster, stove, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker) is integrated in an open living-dining area. The central center of the apartment has been comfortably furnished and invites you to cook, eat & linger. Through the large window front, they also have the exit to the romantic balcony overlooking the rose garden. The bathroom offers plenty of space and has both a shower and a bathtub. Guest access Parking is available right in front of the house. WiFi access is available. You have of course your separate entrance through the front yard into the house. Other things to note Smoking: Smokers are welcome here. We are only allowed to ask them to be comfortable on the balcony or in the loggia. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments. Pets: Must be requested at the time of booking with exact information and we decide per case out of consideration for our other guests. The tenant assumes full responsibility and has appropriate liability insurance. Your darling is guided on a leash and not left alone in the apartment, and Gassi go on the property is prohibited. For the more extensive final cleaning, the double flat rate is set.
