Water Park is additional cost: Pool, Slides, Splash Pad, Lazy River. PET POLICY: Dogs are allowed and considered additional guests ($25/dog/night. $100/dog/week. $300/dog/month). Please add them as additional guests and provide pet information. Must not be a breed or mixed breed on dangerous dog list. No puppies. Must be trained. Sorry, no cats. You will need approval for use of the boat lift. Costs and/or security deposit depends on size of watercraft. Separate agreement with homeowner. If you would like to stay a full day and we have availability, ask for the 1/2 nightly rate. If you have any special requests, such as baby items, please let us know as soon as possible. We try to provide many of the staple items you might expect at a residence, so if we are running low or you think should be provided, let us know so we can have delivered to the house.
