Guest house in Aiken

This cottage on the upper level hosts up to 3 Adults comfortably.  This property includes everything you need to have a comfortable stay away from home- 100% cotton Linens, soft fluffy towels, meticulously maintained grounds, sitting areas inside and outside the property, free WIFI, cable,free parking,  fully stocked kitchen, and coffee for your stay!  Enjoy the heart of Aiken's horse country and  beautiful countryside in our lovely facility. The space This is an upper level apartment which is approximately 600 sq feet of private living space. It has a seating area on a patio so that you can enjoy quiet sitting both inside and outside of your space.  These spaces are set up for short term or long term stays. We provide linens, a fully stocked kitchen, initial toiletries, and free laundry facilities for guests who are staying longer than 1 week.   We have many equestrian professionals who stay the winter while training in our wonderful facilities across Aiken, and we also love to host guests for the masters as well as other events in the local area. Every space is outfitted for your needs and we will offer weekly cleanings for longer term guests. Please note pool use is for guests with an active reservation. Additional guests Policy: Any guests over the original reservation will be charged $20/day/guest to use the pool.  If there is anything else we can provide during your stay, please do not hesitate to reach out.
