Two Bedroom Suite Close to Downtown

A two bedroom suite with private entrance and private bath! A king bed in one bedroom while the other has a queen bed plus living area with sectional sleeper sofa so up to 6 people can sleep in this suite. Near the St. Anne's Hill Historic District and 5th St brew pub. Dayton’s iconic Oregon District (coffee, great food, spirits, shopping, art and dancing) within walking distance. This 140 year old home is comfy and cozy it’s close to the Gem City Catfe! The space The bedroom farthest from the street has a king bed, a luggage rack, and a corner chair. The large, front room has a queen bed and a living area with a section sleeper sofa. The bathroom is private and stocked with linens and toiletries. The kitchen/dining room has a table that seats four, as well as a stocked kitchenette featuring a stove top, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. We are a pet-friendly Airbnb and include water/food bowls, a leash, and waste bags. This unit has access to the fenced backyard but it is restricted to limited use when there are guests staying on the other side of the Airbnb. Guest access With this private suite, you will have access to two bedrooms, a bathroom and a private access door. There is a dining room area with a table that seats two and a kitchenette featuring a stove top, refrigerator and microwave. Other things to note This historic home is a duplex. There are double, solid-core doors the middle of the home that separate the two sides. They are locked so guests are not able to access the other side.
