Private sunny bedroom with attached full bathroom in quiet community of Claymont/Wilmington, DE - just 2 minutes from I-95 and I-495 We are 10 minutes from downtown Wilmington's business district, Amtrak/Septa train station, 15 minutes from PHL airport and 20 minutes to Philadelphia downtown. Ample parking space and very quiet, safe neighborhood. Plenty of fast food chains and restaurants within few mins drive. No cooking, No Pets, No smoking, No Alcohol and no party in the room! The space We provide complementary bottled water. No cooking/kitchen, sorry! We do have microwave for guests. Guest access Parking in the front of the house. Access code available and will be shared upon arrival with necessary instructions. During your stay I am available through the app or phone call/text. Other things to note This is a quiet community with HOA rules that we have to follow. Please no smoking, no alcohol, loud music and private parties in the room.
