The space This industrial western home has a farm house feel. Exquisite barn wood ceilings are throughout with simple clean décor to create a relaxing environment for our guest. The cozy family room sits 8 with a comfy chaise sofa, 2 reclining chairs nestled in front of a warm wood burning fireplace and a 55in flat screen smart TV. The master suite comes with a king size bed, a sitting area, fireplace and a large private bath featuring a cast iron claw foot soaking tub. Guest Bedroom 1 has a full bed, play pen, dresser, and night stand.. Guest Bedroom 2 features a queen size bed, night stand, closet and foosball table. Guest Bedroom 3 features a queen size bed, day bed, night stand, and closet. Every spacious bedroom has fresh soft linens and bathrooms are stocked with clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, body wash, lotion, and toilet paper. Each bedroom and family room has a smart tv where guest can log into their subscription services. The house does not have cable but does have 50mbps internet Guest are welcome to use the laundry facilities during their stay. The home has a laundry room with full size washer, dryer, soap, folding counter, iron, and ironing board. Additional amenities include 3 indoor fireplaces, 2 outdoor dining spaces for guest to enjoy the beautiful Arizona weather and glamorous sunsets, outdoor fire pit with seating for everyone, BBQ, family game collection including giant Jenga, foosball table, children's pack and play, dog kennel for small -medium pets, record player with vinyls, and a reading nook with a book collection. Kitchen is fully equipped for all of our guest needs including dishware for 8+, silverware, water glasses, wine glasses (the most important), coffee cups, serving trays, pots, pans, cooking utensils, toaster, microwave-air fryer combo, crockpot, dishwasher, 4 burner stove, oven, blender, Keurig, and a coffee pot. Other things to note WARNINGS: Home resides on loose gravel road with bumps and rocks. The property is not fenced and open to wild life. Although trespassing signs are posted most wild life is illiterate and roams the property. Wild life could pose threats to children or pets. Guest should watch children and pets at all times while outdoors. Pets should be leashed. PET FRIENDLY: Property is pet friendly but host needs to be notified upon booking that your pet is coming. While host does not charge extra nightly fee for having pets, guest are responsible to reimburse for any damages to the property due to their pets. EVENT RULES: Guest interested having an event with more than 10 people (25 max) will need to contact host prior to booking for approval. Include the type and time of event. Any additional trash generated from the event that does not fit in the trash receptacle with the lid securely shut will need to be dispose of by guest. Home does have wedding décor, folding tables, and additional amenities that guest are welcome to use. Picture can been seen in listing and contact host with any additional questions. ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES: While staying at our Cave Creek home, we ask that guests be respectful of the neighborhood by following noise ordinances. Smoking is allowed outside at least 10 feet from the home; please properly dispose of any cigarettes to prevent fires. The fireplaces and pit can be used as long as it's not a No Burn Day, but you must provide your own wood and properly dispose of ashes after use. You can check the Maricopa county air quality page to determine if its a No Burn Day. Any fines due to violating no burn days will be responsibility of the guests. All trash should be placed in the secured blue can on the west side of the house. Host will be by on Friday to take the can to the curb for you. DO NOT LEAVE TRASH OUTSIDE OF THE BLUE CAN. Local wild life will get into it and cleaning the mess will be your responsibility. We allow up to 10 guests unless previously approved. Before departure, we ask you to start the dishwasher and a load of laundry. Due to the number of bedrooms, it takes multiple loads to wash linens and this does help our cleaners greatly. Leave furniture arranged as found, and do not put food or non-septic friendly items down drains. Guests agree to pay for any damages that occur during their stay in our septic-system home.
