Spacious ground floor self catering apartment/condo available for rent at the popular resort of Shorewalk Vacation Villas, Bradenton/Sarasota, Florida. The condo is in a 30 acre complex of quiet tree-lined streets with lighted sidewalks and six lakes. Facilities include 2 heated swimming pools, each with a separate Whirlpool spa, two floodlit tennis / pickleball courts & table tennis. The clubhouse has a pool table, library, playground & BBQs. Guests must agree to our rental contract. The space Our condo is a great place to spend a fun and relaxing family vacation, or use for an extended stay. It's in the ideal spot and offers something for everyone to enjoy every day. We use the condo ourselves regularly. We are committed to making the condo a home away from home. The kitchen is newly refurbished. Guest access The entire condo is available for guests. The Shorewalk complex has pools, tennis courts and other leisure facilities. The complex facilities are shared. Other things to note Our visitors have left excellent reviews (see airbnb and other sites). The condo is suited to families and couples. Up to 4 adults plus 1 child. The nightly price includes local taxes. Please be aware of following from the Shorewalk Palms Condo Association: - Shorewalk is a place where owners and guests benefit from first class facilities in a peaceful, friendly and enjoyable environment. The “vibe” of Shorewalk is active seniors and families, it is not a party atmosphere. - Shorewalk is subject to the City of Bradenton noise ordinance which prohibits amplified sounds greater than 65 decibels between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. - Alcoholic beverages are forbidden at all Association recreational facilities (Pools, Hot Tubs, Tennis courts, etc.) except the dedicated area on the deck close to the clubhouse. - Use of recreational facilities require registration and reservation at clubhouse. - Guests must have the provided passes when using any Association recreational facilities. - Shorewalk rules must be observed when using the pools and other recreation facilities, The condo association withdraws access if the rules are not followed. - The swimming pools are limited to a total of 10 people at a time. - Hot tubs are restricted to two (2) people and for only 15 minutes at a time. - The Clubhouse is open 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. Face masks and 6-feet of social distancing are required while in the clubhouse.
