The space This lovely, self contained, main floor 1 bedroom apartment is fully equipped to supply you with a home away from home. 1 bedroom with queen bed and loads of storage, 1 bathroom (large shower - no bathtub), laundry room and a full kitchen complete with beautiful stainless fridge with ice maker, stove, microwave, dishwasher & quartz counters with 2 stools. Pullout couch - suitable for occasional additional overnight guests (with our approval). Coffee & Tea to get you started. Guest access Fully separate and complete 1 bedroom apartment in our home. Access from front or back separate entrances. This apartment has shared access to the front porch for outdoor area. Onsite parking can be arranged for guests with cars however there are 3 apartments in the building and only 2 spots so it is reserved on a first come, first served basis. Please make parking arrangements at time of booking. If all the spots are taken, street permit parking is available for less than $35/week. We can help you set that up. Other things to note This home has been our renovation project for the past 5 years. Everything in this apartment is new or close to it. Do not wear shoes in the home (tradition in most Canadian homes) to reduce the noise travel to the apartment below and save our floor from the harsh Canadian weather. Heating/cooling is set in the range of 21-24 degrees - it is shared by other apartments in the home and can not vary widely outside of that range. We would prefer if you let us know if you are having any guests over. Send us a simple message so we aren't surprised when we run into strangers on our front porch.
