Inside, there are two peaceful bedrooms with hotel-style boxspring beds, each with its own bathroom. The open kitchen with an island leads to the terrace, and the cozy living room with panoramic windows, a fireplace, and Smart TV invites you to relax. For motorsport enthusiasts, the legendary Nürburgring is just minutes away. An 11kW EV charging station is available right at the apartment. Thanks to its southern orientation, the apartment offers sun all day and breathtaking views. The large south-facing terrace with its private outdoor panoramic sauna, lounge and dining area is reserved exclusively for LuxApart Vista guests – ideal for relaxing wellness moments and wide views across the Ahr Valley. The terrace is screened from the two terraces above by a privacy screen. LuxApart Vista is a self-contained, private apartment in a building with two other holiday apartments. You may occasionally meet other guests only in the driveway, parking areas or on shared access paths. A private parking space directly at the house is also included with the accommodation. Other things to note Notes for summer stays Even on hot summer days, LuxApart Vista remains pleasantly comfortable. The building is insulated to modern energy-efficiency standards and features a smart shading system for the large window areas. A central ventilation system also ensures a continuous and pleasant flow of fresh air, even when the windows are closed. This keeps the apartment a comfortable retreat throughout the summer.
