Ultimate Resort Villa — Water Park and BBQ The space Welcome to this impressive nine bedroom/five-bathroom home located in the beautiful Champions Gate community. From the moment you arrive you will be in awe of the ample living space and gorgeous décor bedrooms and the ultimate Jurassic World game room. Kitchen is stocked with the latest appliances for your use throughout your stay, and a full-size washer and dryer is at the home for your use. Private swimming pool with spa in the backyard. Other things to note Extra fees Pool heat cost: $45/day. Pool heating must be on for at least 3 days. It also must be requested up to 48 hours prior to check-in. BBQ Grill Option 1: Grill rental is $70. This covers cleaning and use of the grill only; the PROPANE TANK IS NOT INCLUDED, and we do not guarantee there will be gas left from the previous guest. If the tank runs out, you can exchange it at a local gas station or Walgreens (usually around $30). Option 2 - Rental is $140. Full service, including refills, is provided. Requests must be made at least 48 hours before check-in. Pet fee: The house is pet-friendly, but your pet must be house-trained. The cost is $100 per pet for the whole stay. PARKING: 2 parking spaces in the driveway and some parking spots on the street. - 12-15 Passengers Van is allowed (Guests can park on the street as there are no designated parking spaces). RVs, Boats, etc., are not allowed
