Sunset View Lakefront Chalet with seasonal dock/AC

Our Sunset View Lakefront Chalet is located on the northeast shore of Lake Wallenpaupack, setting the stage for spectacular sunsets. The Chalet includes a deck/grill, central AC, 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The chalet shares the private dock with the guests of our cabin. The dock is available Mid May to Mid Oct. The space Our beautiful lakefront chalet is located at the end of a small private road with only 3 other houses, in a quiet setting on the northeastern side of Lake Wallenpaupack. The chalet features a living room/kitchen area with a wall of glass windows facing toward the lake. There are 2 bedrooms in the downstairs area, one with a Queen and one with 2 twins, along with a full size bath. The upstairs loft bedroom area has a Queen size bed and a full bath. The house has central air and heat, streaming tv and wireless internet. The outside deck has a gas grill. The dock is perfect for sunbathing, fishing, swimming or just relaxing and catching the magnificent Wallenpaupack Sunsets. Guests will need to bring their own towels, linens and blankets, unless other arrangements are made with us. One word of caution, this chalet is NOT for those who are looking for a place to let loose and have a wild, loud party. It is a family neighborhood and there is a noise curfew at 10pm. If you are looking for a great place for family and friends to gather in a peaceful setting, it is ideal. Thanks! Guest access There is a dock which is shared with the guests of our Sunset View Cabin. There is parking for up to 3 cars. Other things to note We are located on one of the best spots on the lake. The Northeastern area, so our property faces west and provides the setting for spectacular sunsets. We are also located on one of the wider sections of the lake, so the view extends out about a mile, and includes a view of Epply Island, a great place for picnics...for those who have a boat. A $500 refundable security deposit will be due prior to arrival. Please note all docks on Lake Wallenpaupack are seasonal and are installed mid to late May and removed by mid October.
