Pet Policy: We welcome up to 2 small, non or low shedding dogs. Giants Neck Heights Private beach: 3/4 mile Niantic Village: 3 miles Essex: 12 miles Mystic: 20 miles Mohegan Sun Casino: 18 miles Westbrook Outlets: 13 miles You can enter Rocky Neck State Park from the same entryway as Giants Neck Heights private beach. Rocky Neck offers 7 miles of diverse walking trails, fishing and picnic areas. PET POLICY: One small non or low shedding dog up to 35 pounds are allowed. Pet fee is $150. We strictly adhere to this policy - when booking with a pet(s) please indicate the size and breed of your furry friend. INDOOR LIVING: Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Bed Bedroom 2: Trundle bed with 2 twin mattresses Living Room & Kitchen: Adorable living room with sectional couch that opens to a bright and sunny remodeled kitchen. Updated bath with washer/dryer combination. Kitchen is fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, dishware and flatware. OUTDOOR LIVING: The home offers a backyard with a patio, table, chairs, umbrella, gas grill & fire pit.  The beach community offers a community playground with basketball and tennis court, playscape and bocce lanes. This is a great area to kayak & enjoy walks along the coastline.  There is also a boat launch. It is shallow at low tide, and skiffs will need to return by about mid-tide. Kayaks can get in at any low tide except around king tides. For anytime boat access there is 4 Mile River Boat Launch which is 3.3 miles away, or Niantic Bay Boat Launch which is 5.1 miles away. GENERAL: Linens/towels, hairdryer, keyless entry, washer/dryer combination.  Parking pass and beach turnaround pass for the private beach are included. Please note that the walk to the beach is downhill and the walk back is uphill. The house is located in a hilly neighborhood.
