The private dock has a capacity for one boat up to 27 feet, catering to water enthusiasts. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows one boat and one boat trailer. You will be charged extra if found with more than one authorized vessel or trailer. This property is dog friendly so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. If you are booking on Airbnb ~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size.
