We have a beautiful pool and jacuzzi in the backyard that is perfect for relaxing and enjoying time with your family. The space This 3 bedroom, 3 bath pool & spa home is the perfect getaway and accommodates up to 6 people! It’s a newly furnished beautifully decorated comfortable home. The location is neither south nor north, but somewhere in between. Play all day on the lake and return to a clean & cozy home for dinner and quality time with family & friends. The large side motor home parking comes complete with RV hook ups. This is the perfect parking for boats or other toys during your stay. Don't feel like going to the lake? Stay and enjoy swimming in the crystal clear pool or relax poolside on the deck or in the shade underneath the rear covered patio. Our pool is adorned with a Baja step and a sunken table. Enjoy the large barbecue area with your family. Grab a drink and enjoy staying cool while bathing in the sun. Need to use the restroom and don't want to track water inside the house? There's a bath house complete with walk in shower located outside next to the pool deck so there is no need to go inside. The master bedroom has a king bed, large closet, walk-in shower and a big tub that is great for bubble baths! The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed. The home comes complete with plenty of linens, towels, cooking utensils, spices, propane BBQ and outdoor seating. The living area has a 55” TV and a huge comfortable sectional. Have a book to read? Curl up and sink into the leather chair with ottoman. Have breakfast, put together a puzzle or play a game at our bar height table. Tall enough to see the TV over the couch. Don’t pass up this beautiful and comfortable home and make unforgettable memories with your family. Guest access You will have access to the whole house. There is NO access to the garage. On the driveway there is space for 3 cars, and we also have an RV pad on the side of the house for your boat, toys or RV. Other things to note Heating Pool: If you would like to heat the pool there may be a charge (depending on the time of year). Let me know if advance so I can have it warm and ready for you. Cooler months take a bit more natural gas to heat it up, and will I only charge the cost of the gas to heat it. Heating the jacuzzi is included in the per night stay. Air Conditioning: The thermostat is set to 74 degrees during summer months. This is quite sufficient to stay cool during the hot, hot summer. Please keep in mind that A/C can not cool more than 40 degrees from the outside temps. So in the summer when it's 115 degrees, the house will not cool more than 75.
