Welcome to Barrett's Cabin located in the foothills of the White Mountains with water views of Hancock Pond, 50 minutes to Portland, 35 to North Conway and 15 to Bridgton and Pleasant Mountain. Open concept first floor, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, Carriage House has 2 bedrooms. Driveway fits up to 6 cars. Enjoy outdoor patio, shower, fire-pit, private mini hiking trail system and quick access to snowmobile trails and public boat launch 1/3 mi away. The space This cabin retreat offers all of the modern amenities you need within a clean, quiet and quintessential cabin environment in the woods of western Maine and the lakes region. The Carriage House may be occupied by the owner during your stay unless it is part of your rental. The Carriage House is never rented out to other groups during your stay. PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO LAKE ACCESS THROUGH ANY NEIGHBORS’ PROPERTIES. THE ONLY ACCESS TO THE LAKE IS THROUGH THE PUBLIC BOAT LAUNCH LOCATED AT THE BEGINNING OF WABUNAKI ROAD 1/3 MILE AWAY. Guest access Guests have full access to the cabin and yard. Access is only given to the Carriage House for an additional fee of $75 per night if it is rented by the guests who are renting the cabin. Carriage House has heat/ac and smart tv, but does not have running water or a bathroom. Carriage House fee is reduced to $50 per night when cabin is rented 4 or more nights between April and October. A maximum of 8 people for the entire party is allowed when Carriage House is rented. Other things to note We only rent to adults that are 25+ Any additional guests will each be charged $35 per night.
