Our cozy A-Frame cottage is a carefully curated home with vintage charm and a hint of modern sensibility. The Riverbend Cabin is situated on a dead-end street, though not entirely secluded. It is in a rural, residential town and there are neighbours in close proximity to this property, however, the property is hidden mostly by tree's for some privacy. The 2-story loft-style and open-spaced A-Frame cottage mixes vintage decor with modern amenities and is perfect for a couple, two couples or a family of 3-4. The top floor includes two bedrooms: a master bedroom with King Sized ENDY Mattress bed, one dresser and a balconet overlooking the backyard and the Moira River. The second bedroom contains one Queen bed, a balcony, and full closet. NOTE: NEITHER BEDROOM HAS A DOOR. THIS IS A LOFT-STYLE OPEN CONCEPT HOUSE. The main level includes a full kitchen with stove/oven, large fridge, toaster, Le Cruset stove-top tea kettle, Nespresso Machine (with Original Pods) and drip coffee maker and brand new microwave. The living space includes a fire place, a large comfy vintage couch in the sitting area, a dining table that seats four people, as well as a curated collection of board games and vinyl records to play on our turntable. From the living room, you may exit to the back deck which has a patio table and chairs in the summer as well as lounging/tanning chairs. Move onto the backyard for access to our fire pit, another balcony over looking the river and a set of steps leading you down to the dock. Guest access You will have access to the entire property, though guests MUST stay within the tree-lined property (do not go on our neighbours property). PLEASE only park on the drive way. DO NOT park or drive over the lawn. Other things to note -This property is in a RURAL RESIDENTIAL neighbourhood. There are neighbours in CLOSE PROXIMITY to our property. The property is NOT secluded, and therefore there is a noise policy in place. -This property is not child-proofed -This property is not suitable for anyone with struggles getting up and down flights of stairs.
