Very few homes have hot tubs and you'll love this amenity in the winter months! House has 3 smart TVs with streaming. This is our vacation home so we only rent it for a few months per year and only monthly rentals. Shower walls were re-tiled in marble in September 2022. Guest access Entire house. Owner has some contents not available for guest use in a locked closet and locked garage. Other things to note We rent by the calendar month only for Jan-April. For other months we have flexibility on your check-in and out dates. Monthly rentals only. TVs use WIFI streaming services. Pool and spa controls are app based. There is no safety fence surrounding the pool/spa once you come out the back door. All guests must be proficient swimmers. Bike availability/functionality is not guaranteed. Use at your own risk. Pool can be heated during winter months upon request and with a $100/mo. deposit to cover the increased electric bill.
