The bedroom has 2 queen size bed. There is a new queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. The unique renovated layout allows you to enjoy the amazing views while preparing meals in the large gourmet fully stocked kitchen. Flat screen TV's and all towels and linens are ready for you to come and make yourself at home. There is even a washer/dryer in the unit for your use! The views from the 14th floor are amazing - come watch dolphins and stingrays playing in the ocean. Enjoy the sunset on the large balcony. You will have complete access for the condo, and all resort amenities. Swimming pools, hot tubs, fitness center, fully stocked kitchen, private balcony... and more! Privacy is yours, we are available to help with any needs via phone and email. The neighborhood is fantastic! Close to many activities and hot spots. Bars and restaurants close by, an amazing state park is just down the street, shopping, waterparks, go cart track, amusement park activities, etc. And, let's not forget the beautiful white sandy beach and Gulf of Mexico right out the door. You will not be bored! There is a large parking lot for your convenience ($20 one time parking fee), and a car is recommended. Plenty of activities are available within walking distance. Parking is limited to one spot from Memorial Day to Labor Day and holidays. ** This is NOT a party spot ** Condo has a maximum occupancy of 5 people. Minimum age to rent is 21. Family friendly with activities for kids in the summer. There is a small fee for parking and armbands upon arrival ($27 in 2024). This is a gated and secure resort, so armbands must be worn. Parking limited to one spot on site Memorial Day through Labor Day. NO SMOKING (even on the balcony) NO PETS - No animals unless a CERTIFIED SERVICE animal (NO ESA are permitted) - this is per our condo association rules and there are NO EXCEPTIONS. We do require SERVICE animals to provide documentation including services provided by the animal, and that the information is provided in advance of the stay.
