The apt is professionally cleaned biweekly and prior to and after each stay (cleaners will not enter your bedroom area while occupied, just common areas), please notify me if there is any mishap that requires a cleaning sooner than expected. Masks are supplied, as well as, cleaners and purell hand sanitizers. Also, please do not put holes in or place frames on the wall. I have provided a list of amenities included in the unit. If you need something that is not listed, you have to buy them and understand I will not reimburse you. THE 1ST FLOOR: - the 1st floor has private bedrooms 1 & 2, full shared bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with microwave and SS appliances, ie. refrigerator, stove and dishwasher, DR, LR , small office/workspace and pantry with extra storage, washer and dryer. Kitchen and pantry fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans, utensils, keurig-like coffee maker and pods, toaster, bactericidal cleaners and purell hand sanitizer, detergent and paper products. THE 2ND FLOOR: -The 2nd floor has a 14 step flight of stairs to 2nd unit, which houses large bedroom and private bathroom unit #3. In addition to the bedroom and bathroom, this unit has its own lounge area, Smart TV, walk-in closet, desk/workspace and dresser. Other things to note Great for travel RNs and medical professionals! Price and availability for monthly/long-term rentals- First month not refundable, 30-day notice for cancellation SMOKING/VAPING: Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the apt or bedroom. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your unit/bedroom during your stay. There is an outside deck and large backyard to use for your convenience. AGAIN, NO SMOKING OR VAPING IN THE APT REGARDLESS OF WEATHER! GATHERINGS: We know you are coming for a change in pace or setting, but out of respect to the other tenants and neighbors, NO PARTIES and guests- Thank you! PARKING: There is off-street parking available for 1 car, one per bedroom. On street parking is available for additional vehicles. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guest are responsible for their conduct. SECURITY: Each room has a lock and key. For security reasons, there are audio/video cameras on the outside of the house for added security. PETS: Only 1 pet allowed in BR, WITH MY CONSENT. Due to our insurance policy, only certain dogs are allowed. Please ask before booking if this applies to you. As a mutual pet owner, I trust you to manage your pets in the presence of other guests for safety and health reasons. PROPERTY MAINTENANCE /TRASH/COVID 19 precautions: The apt is professionally cleaned biweekly and prior to and after each stay (cleaners will not enter your bedroom area while occupied, just common areas), please notify me if there is any mishap that requires a cleaning sooner than expected. You will need to take out the trash/recycling bins (#2) to the curb EVERY MONDAY evening and recycling every other Monday evening for Tuesday pick-up. Masks can be supplied, upon requests.
