It is central to just about everything and just a short distance to all of the many great neighborhoods in town (including walking distance to the 12th South and Melrose neighborhoods. It is a wonderful place to call “home base” while in Nashville! THE POOL: We have a fantastic pool. Unfortunately, the pool is only open for your enjoyment late-Spring though late-Summer. It typically closes around Labor Day...and is sometimes open later in the year if the weather is nice! Guest access Guests will be able to access the free parking onsite, all common areas, the pool, the laundry room, etc. Pretty much everything! Other things to note No smoking allowed.
