The space The "Gateway to the Rockies" home is a newly renovated retreat designed to recharge and refresh you after your outdoor and city experiences. It includes a fully-stocked kitchen, TV with Netflix, ultra-fast WiFi (~800 Mbps), adjustable height sit/stand desk with 27" LG monitor (HDMI connector, HDMI cable included), large family-style dining table, games, frisbee gold discs, outdoor seating area with corn hole, and FOUR ready-to-ride bicycles. As Coloradoan's we love clean air, that's why we have installed a MERV 16 carbon filter with UV lights and a static filter that we change every 3 months. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house, with the exception of a locked room used for storage. You'll also enjoy full access to the front yard and back patio. Please note that there is an ADU (accessory dwelling unit) in the backyard with a tenant who accesses the unit though stairs that are in the backyard. Other things to note Smoking fast WiFi! Great for working, streaming 4k videos, video chats, and streaming games on multiple devices. Our home includes a custom MERV 16 carbon air filter with UV lights and a static filter that we change every 3 months. This is a premium air filtration system upgrade over any residential system and is a difference-maker for people with allergies, those sensitive to particulates, and helpful to those who are immuno-compromised. There are FOUR included bicycles w/locks that you are free to take out and use on your own. (Replacement costs for each bike is $125, so please lock them up when out and return them to their secure original location upon return).
