Cutthroat Cove- Air Force Academy

Completely relax! Even if you are here for business. Cutthroat Cove is near the entrance to the Air Force Academy but feels like you are living in the woods. Private entrance (with stairs), parking space, one bedroom, one bath with a large living room area. The mini kitchen features a dishwasher, mini-fridge, toaster oven and microwave. The fireplace makes it cozy and warm and sometimes we are visited by large wildlife. Minutes from restaurants and hiking trails. The space The apartment is about 900 sqft. You walk up a flight of stairs from the outside entrance and walk into the living area that has a small table and chairs and sofas with a TV and desk area. Then through double doors is the bedroom with a king bed and TV that swivels around to a small sofa on the other side. The bathroom and small kitchenette is on the far side of that. Guest access The apartment is attached to our house, over our 4 car garage. There is a private outside entrance with a designated parking spot right by the door.
