Majak Moments The space Majak Moments is a spacious oceanfront home perfect for large family gatherings. This 7-bedroom, 5 ½ bath oceanfront retreat offers stunning Atlantic views and plenty of room to spread out and relax. The open main living area features ample seating and expansive oceanfront windows, while an extra-large upstairs sitting area with TV provides additional space for kids or group lounging. The fully equipped eat-in kitchen is ideal for cooking for a crowd and includes dual appliances, extra cookware and serving pieces, a Keurig coffee maker, and an Insta Pot Duo Crisper. A large dining table with additional nearby seating makes family meals easy and enjoyable. This home offers an elevator for convenient access between floors and includes two handicap-accessible bathrooms, making it well suited for multi-generational families. Smart TVs are located in the main living areas and select bedrooms. Family-friendly extras include a pack n’ play, high chair, and safety gates. Outdoor amenities include oceanfront decks with rocking chairs, a large oceanside deck perfect for gathering, and a private pool with surrounding deck space and lounge seating. Pool heater available with surcharge (see details below). A welcome gift is included to start your stay off right. Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only), towels, bath mats, and beds made upon arrival are provided for weekly rentals. Additional Information: Strict 3:00 PM check-in Pool closed October 31 – March 31 Pool heater available with surcharge (not available June–August). Pools are heated to a maximum of 87–88°F and can maintain temperatures approximately 8–10°F above the outside temperature. Pool heaters will not operate if the outside temperature falls below 55°F. Please call ahead to schedule pool heat.   Guest access We know you are getting excited and want to make sure you know where and when to check in.  The Coastal Vacation Resorts office is located at 131 Ocean Boulevard West on the ocean front near the bridge that brings you across the intracoastal waterway.  Turn right at the stop sign after crossing the bridge and you will see our office immediately on your left.  Check-in starts at 3:00 PM unless you elected and paid for early arrival beginning at 1:00 PM. If your home is a keyless entry home your code will be emailed to you in a separate email. Your code will be active at 3 pm unless you have an early arrival. Your check in and out instructions will be left on the kitchen counter of the home. If you will not be arriving before 5:00 PM, your check-in packet and keys will be in the cabinet in the sunroom located on the east side of our building. From our entire staff, welcome to Holden Beach!  Other things to note Please remember to roll your trash cans (regular & recycling) all the way out to the curb the night on Monday night and Before check-out.  Trash collection begins very early in the morning and it is extremely important that all trash be collected on schedule.  If your trash cans are stored in stands near the street, they must still be rolled out of the stands and placed at the curb.  Let us know if you have questions and thanks very much for your assistance.  Have a safe trip home and come back soon!
