Stone Gables Inn

A beautifully restored Victorian mansion in the heart of Cleveland's trendy Ohio City neighborhood. Our 5 main bedrooms each have their own private bathroom. Plenty of common areas for gathering including a large living room on the main floor, large dining room, fully stocked kitchen, basement game room, and 3 shared covered patios. Conveniently located, we are within walking distance of many fine restaurants, breweries and 25th Street. Private attached parking lot will accommodate 5 cars. The space The mansion is located on historic Franklin Boulevard. It is a working Inn with all of the required safety features (sprinklers, etc.). Built in 1883, it was extensively rehabbed in the late 90s. Much of the original woodwork and pocket doors remain. The renovation was honored by the American Institute of Architects for the exceptional preservation of the home. We have changed out flooring, added new mattresses, linens, furniture and artwork in addition to other upgrades. Guest access The Mansion was built as a duplex. The Inn is located on the west side and four apartments are located on the east side. Guests will have full access to all four floors of the Inn, as well as 3 shared outdoor patio/porch areas. Other things to note Guests must be able to climb stairs. This is not a party house. There should be no noise after midnight. Guests must be respectful of the property. We would be a great home base for a group that would like to explore Cleveland and specifically Ohio City.
