Enjoy a sunny garden view stay in a cozy one bedroom apartment by the beach. It is a perfect getaway for a couple. Located one block from Tamarack State Beach and a quick 10 minute walk to Carlsbad Village. BLRE011836-05-2022 The space Furnished for relaxation and maximum comfort with a surf culture vibe on a really chill residential street near the beach. The apartment gets lot of light and there is a sweet garden in the surrounding yards where you can lounge on the grass and get the ocean breeze. It is ideally located just a block and a half from the beach and very close to Legoland. This residential neighborhood is tranquil and very friendly, and it is a really great place to stay for all ages. The house is a small but comfortable 400 sq ft and there is room for 2-3 adults to sleep comfortably in the single bedroom + sofa bed space. It is all on one single level and there are solid floors throughout the house. We provide freshly made beds and plenty of fresh bath and beach towels ahead of each stay. There is a hair dryer in the bathroom and iron with ironing board available to use in the closet. We can furnish a highchair and playpen for children by request. There is no laundry on site. The kitchen is a really great place to cook in and we have fully stocked it with pots and pans, cooking oils and spices, and various utensils. Anything in the fridge and pantry is for guests to make use of. We always have some breakfast cereals and snacks stocked in the pantry. There is a microwave, toaster, blender, and a small coffee maker with coffee (no coffee grinder). The smart HD TV in the house can be connected with netflix, hulu, etc. With the windows open at night you can hear the waves on the beach, but very little traffic noise since we are off the main road. It is notable that the trains pass very close along the coastline, and at various times you can hear them going by. Since it can be a little more obvious at night, we have a sound machine and radio next to the beds and it may be a good idea for light sleepers to bring earplugs. Guest access Guests will have full access to the apartment and some access to the sunny garden area directly in front of the apartment door and windows. Other things to note The apartment is in an apartment complex so we are close to neighboring residents and share common areas such as the parking lot and walkways. The train tracks are also very close and trains can be heard passing by but typically do not sound horns at night. Our apartment is smaller so we must insist on full disclosure on the number of guests staying, and will charge a $80.00 penalty per person per night for additional guests beyond the number listed in your reservation. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy of 3 people.
