Enjoy the elegant rustic decor and gorgeous lake views from the 550 sq ft deck that extends across the back of the entire home. Located2.6 miles from Sunset Marina & Restaurant where you can rent jet skis, boats, kayaks, etc. get ice-cream, dinner, or swim/layout on the beach/park area, grill out or enjoy playground & facilities. The space The newly renovated kitchen and dining area is open to the living room/game area making it an ideal layout to enjoy quality time hanging out with family and friends. Or you can find privacy in any of the bedrooms. The one master has a full bathroom that can only be accessed through the bedroom. The other full bathroom is accessible from the living room/game room area. All bedrooms have Roku TVs and ceiling fans with remotes. If you need parking space for cars or boats, then this is the place for you! The circular drive across the front yard can be utilized as needed. We also have a second drive that leads into the garage/basement. This drive is great for parking larger boats as well! The garage/basement/lower level is locked and will be the only area that is not accessible...just FYI We do have a queen size mattress stored in the laundry room that is available for use. We usually put the mattress on the floor in the gaming/living area. The living room also includes a gorgeous, leather sofa with two built in electric, reclining seats for a comfortable night sleep. You’ll love enjoying the deck that extends the full length of the back of the home with gorgeous views of the lake! We are backed up to a beautiful wooded area to the right side. Every Sunset is truly magical when overlooking Dale Hollow Lake from our home. Many of our families best memories were made at our cabin and we trust you will make many wonderful memories as well!
