Other things to note Santa Fabulous sits in the Village of Agua Fria, one of Santa Fe’s oldest, most traditional neighborhoods. For generations, families lived, worked, gardened, and kept livestock on the same land. And today, the neighborhood is still much the same — a true New Mexico community where homes and small businesses share space, rooted in history and everyday local life. FULL DISCLOSURE: ◊ WORKING CLASS NEIGHBORHOOD: There is a landscape company and small construction company in the back of the property. To date a couple of guests mentioned the activity but no guests complained about it. ◊ ROAD NOISE: There is a 6 foot wall around the front of the house to soften the road noise.
