Why do we use this bnb platform to offer a longer term rental? It's hard to find a rental for 30 to 90 day terms. Other things to note Coin laundry on site. House rules: No smoking on site! This includes inside unit and decks and porches, and immediately adjacent to the building. Snuff completely and pick up butts. Each unit has number of guests listed. Rents are for one person. Extra guests may be allowed, with permission. Extra guests in unit are $10 per person per night additional charge for each night from date of first stay. Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit. Street parking is available for extra cars. Delivery/pickup vehicles may park in front. Non-registered vehicles may enter the parking area for delivery, pickup and dropoff; however, the registered guest accepts responsibility for any damages that may arise to property or other vehicles from any vehicles entering and turning around, for guests benefit. For the enjoyment of all guests, Guests will maintain a calm quiet atmosphere at all times and limit occupancy to two temporary visitors/guests unless arrangements are made for special exceptions. Frequent coming and going by non-registered visitors to the unit is not permitted. While a calm quiet atmosphere shall be maintained at all times, quiet hours are 11 PM to 8 AM, during which times particular care shall be taken to avoid TV, music, laughter, exclamations, loud footsteps, or any noises that would be loud enough to be heard in adjacent units. When entering the building, please keep voices to a minimum in hallways. For guests benefit, video cameras are in use on the exterior of the building and common hallways. There are no cameras in units. Guests should not keep valuables in vehicles. While we consider the area to be safe from our own experience, Grand Rapids is a large urban area, and guests are urged to take care to be responsible for their personal safety at all times. Guests may be under either or both rules/ordinances, laws that apply to hotels, or residential rental, as elected by the operator. In the event of an extension or long term rental, guests shall abide by such requirements as providing written notice of vacating unit.
