Great view of the SOBE district . A lot of light will welcome you. In the same building you will have a lot of choices for restaurants ( Colombian, thai, Mediterranean) and also in front of the building you will have the opportunity to taste the best pizza in miami : Piola. Lincoln road and espanola way are few minutes away by walking, same for the white beach of miami. What’s else do you need ? Get the sun lotion and enjoy 🤩🤩🤩 You will enjoy a laundry in the building (actually at your floor) - very convenient and cheap . You can pay with your phone or with the card you will find in the wardrobe . We are available to help you with any kind of request ( restaurants or suggestions for trip - experience ). Just whatup us!!! We are the experts of miami and we are glad if you can enjoy your trip 100% SOBE is considered the best location in Miami: beach, palms, best restaurants and nightlife, best clubs ... probably you will decide to move here forever ! From the apartment you can explore everything by walk. Lincoln road and espanola way are few minutes away by walking . Wynwood and brickell areas are 10 minutes away with uber. Miami airport is only 25 minutes away with Taxy. Convention center is 10 minutes away by walking and the beach only 2 blocks !!! You will find everything you will need in the apartment : from all the necessaire to cook&eat to the beach chairs and football ball! Parking: you have two options. During the day (9am-6pm) you can park for free in the residential parking (on the street, 1 block from our building). Otherwise there is a public garage in front of our building, with great daily rates ( $20.00 per day). Also for our guests we will offer a special deal : for only $40 per person you will enjoy one of the best beach club in south beach: THE SAVOY BEACH CLUB : you will have access to 2 swimming pools and the amazing beach. 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella plus free water and espresso.
