A-Frame river access

This Swiss cottage is a great place to get away from the city, relax and enjoy the outdoors. Whether it's for reading, sleeping, yoga, drawing, tea or board games; everything is well furnished. The land gives direct access to the river to the walking trail as well as private access for a bonfire. Where the stars shine even more, the beautiful Potton region offers a variety of playgrounds in the heart of nature. It's up to you to discover it! The space CITQ # 303914 OPEN PLAN Built in the 70s, this loft-style chalet is spacious, authentic and unpretentious. The place is quiet and perfect for a good night's sleep. A slightly more enclosed room gives access to a work table. We have arranged the open space in different themes (bedroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, relaxation, yoga, games). The room lighting is dim and warm. Accommodating up to 4 people. (MAX 4 people). There is 1 queen bed + 1 double sofa bed with comfort foam provided + 1 inflatable mattress. NO ROOMS. Bedding is included except for the air mattress; you will need to bring it. ***SPA CLOSED IN JULY & AUGUST*** WI-FI ------ High-speed connection, perfect for remote work. GROUNDS ----------- You have access to the grounds of the estate, our trails are summer and winter. The property is located on the Missiskamp Estate; a former 14-acre campground on which we now have 3 cottages, 2 of which are rented. The Missiskamp estate proudly bears its name in tribute to Mr. JC Boudreau who formerly operated a youth hostel (Missiskamp) in this chalet. Snowshoeing is possible. There are two docks, one of which is suspended. Different access points to the river (swimmable) are accessible through the landscaped areas. ** CAMPFIRE** Wood is not included. We have two box formats for sale; $10 or $15. ***WATERCRAFT INCLUDED*** From June 15 to October 15 we have boats included to share: canoes/kayak The courtyard entrance to the left of the chalet (facing the chalet) gives access to the tip of the river where there are 3 other chalets completely below. This side is not our court. Our large 14 acres are located on the entire right-hand side (facing the chalet). ****PET***** ---------- A pet is allowed with us, there is $50 extra that applies to your reservation for a stay of 1 to 3 nights. Then, $5/extra day. Payment must be made before your arrival. Animal hair can be a sensitivity issue for other guests. When we receive an animal, we roll all the cushions, among other things. Please contact the Host to add to the invoice. There is a fenced and secure area at the front of the cottage so that Pitou can play safely. Guest access SPA CLOSED in the months of July & August. You have access to the first floor. The 2nd is reserved for storage for guests. Hosts don't occupy the 2nd floor at any time during a guest's stay. The accommodation is private and fully accommodated for our guests. There is access to an air of swimming and private boats on the ground. This place is privileged for our travelers of Aframe and Tinyhouse as well as the owners (Jess & family) Other things to note SPA closed in the months of July & August If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. This chalet has no closed rooms except the bathroom. Guests don't have access to the 2nd floor simply because it's not available. There's a TV on which, only, you can plug in your laptop.
