The "Tiny Bear" has a huge fenced in yard, perfect for dogs. 200 ft from Sugar Creek Light Rail station & one light rail stop or 5-10 minute walk (0.7 miles) to downtown Noda, which is a trendy hip & artsy area with restaurants, music venues, & more. The space Our tiny house (400 sq feet) offers one queen bed and a couch that converts to a small futon (72"x43”). The home is a studio (one room) set-up with only the bathroom as a separate room. Equipped with a 43 inch Roku smart TV on a swivel mount. Great backyard space with fire pit (firewood provided). Coffee, tea, spice rack, salt & pepper, olive oil, sugar provided. 0.3 miles from distillery, bar, coffee shop, and restaurants. Driveway parking provided. Early check-in/late check-out available for an additional fee upon request. Reach out to host for details. Please note there are no railings on the steps to enter/exit the property. * NO SMOKING OF ANY TYPE IS ALLOWED on the property (including outside). The home is located just 1 mile north of the popular NoDa area, in an older but evolving neighborhood. Other things to note The light rail and freight train line both run just behind the backyard. The light rail is fairly quiet, and the train is a bit louder and produces some vibration in the house. There is also some street noise from a nearby street overpass. The majority of our guests have reported that neither the trains nor traffic have been disruptive, but a few have been distubed. Earplugs and a white noise machine are provided by hosts for our lighter-sleeping or noise-sensitive guests.
