It has wonderful area in the loft for the family to play games together or for the kids to get away and watch a movie. The space The space Entering the home on the ground level you will find a small entryway, brand new laundry closet, a full bathroom with tub and shower and 3 bedrooms- 2 with queen beds and the “Bunk Room” with 2 sets of bunkbeds and a trundle-perfect for all the kids. The bedroom level stays nice and cool and there are fans for each room. Up the stairs you’ll enter the main living area. There is a comfortable living room with Roku TV, dining area, full bathroom and small but clean and well equipped kitchen. A free-standing AC unit keeps the living area cool on the hotter days. The huge deck off this level extends the living space and the wooded surroundings make you feel like you are in a treehouse. Up the stairs to the loft, you’ll find a table perfect for computer work or games and another seating area with couches, a Roku TV and an Xbox. A perfect spot for the kids to hang or have a movie night. Log in to your own streaming services on the Roku TV’s for shows, movies and music. NOTE: YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE OR MORE TO RENT OUR HOME. Located on a wooded lot in a neighborhood, this is a perfect location for families looking for a cozy cabin getaway that feels private but is also close to everything. If you are visiting Storyland, you won’t have to sit in the traffic at closing time as you’ll be turning the other way and be back to your “home” in minutes. We love our neighbors! This home is perfect for a family or 2 families looking to experience all that Mount Washington Valley has to offer. This house does not allow parties or events. Please help us be good neighbors by limiting outdoor noise after 10pm. NOTE: We try our best to make sure there is propane for the grill but its possible you might need to get it refilled, in this case you bring it to many different places and we will reimburse you, just need a photo of your receipt. Guest access Guest will allow themselves in with our keyless entry lock. Other things to note NOTE: We have black bears in the area which won't hurt you but they are always hungry and they are very smart and know how to open car doors, so please don't put any trash outside, and lock your car doors.
