Old fashioned cottage steps away from the beach, Old Baldy, the State Park and Channel Park. Older, modest property with no frills. Plenty of room in the backyard for a picnic, cook out or fire pit. Close to downtown with lots of unique shops and restaurants. A spectacular sunset to view every day! Guest parking available. Basic amenities are provided but this is a no frills cottage. A large bedroom area with two twin beds, a bunk bed with a queen and twin bed. Also, a rollaway bed for extra sleeping areas. Living room and dining area. Smaller full kitchen. Small, old fashioned bathroom. The shower has a a very low ceiling. No frills older cottage. Guest access The entire cottage and backyard. The backyard is partially shared with the cottage behind. Other things to note Quiet setting. The shower ceiling is low due to the age and structure of the house. Wi-Fi connection can be spotty at times due to the location of the house. This is an old fashioned cottage. Please be aware this is a no frills cottage.
