Little Pink Cottage welcomes you to Fanning Island overlooking the St Johns River from your private deck~Cozy studio, brand new, comfy Queen bed, table for 2 or enjoy morning coffee or evening drink on the deck and enjoy the amazing, ever changing views of our wonderful river. Dolphins, pelicans, egrets can often be found playing, frolicking and fishing around the dock. Fishing poles are available for you & bait shops are near by. Come rest, relax & rejuvenate in our little paradise by the sea. The space Located on Fanning Island is our Private Little Pink Cottage ~ a tiny house cottage with spacious deck overlooking the St Johns River. Watch dolphins swim and play from the cottage deck or from the dock on the river. BBQ grill is provided in case you bring your fishing pole and want to grill your catch! Kitchen has sink, cabinet, small fridge, microwave, coffee pot, toaster oven & a small table for 2. Brand new Comfy queen sized bed. Please do not disturb neighbours or those living in residence on the property. Internet/wifi included. Smart tv will accept your streaming services ~ bring your log in info. Tho' views and river activity will likely keep you outside away from tv! Watch the huge ships come and go as we are 1 mile in from the Atlantic Ocean near the mouth of the river. Kayaking is just a few minutes down the road just past the ferry. Short drive along the ocean through several state parks with beach access to Amelia Island featuring historic Fernandina Beach ~ great restaurants, entertainment, pirates! A bit longer drive south takes you to historic St Augustine ~ America's first official town. Tons of cool stuff to see and do. Guest access The entire tiny house cottage is yours to enjoy! Other things to note Sunrises and Sunsets are usually pretty spectacular ~ bring your camera! You may see dolphins frolicking in the river, too! Many quiet beaches, a couple of state parks, hiking & strolling right down the road for your adventures. A short drive from Amelia Island and the wonderful boutiques, restaurants, beaches of Fernandina Beach.
