The space The apartment is very spacious, it has a great view to enjoy your morning coffe! Other things to note It is a very complete complex with private beach access! This apt has RESORT AMMENITIES! I’m sure you are going to be so happy as all my passed guest have been. The beach pool and Sand bar are under renovation. The building pool and lappool are open. Noise and Construction Notice: The Guest acknowledges that the Leased Premises are part of a larger residential complex governed by the Key Colony Home Owners Association (KCHOA). While the Landlord endeavors to maintain a quiet living environment, occasional noise disturbances beyond the Landlord's control may occur during the lease period as well as construction on some of the premises of the complex and cancellation of some of the amenities. The Landlord shall not be held liable for any such disturbances.
